Jerry the cat

Yesterday we had a very fun and chill day in Manuel Antonio. I had to work throughout the day so during one of my breaks we walked around and did some shopping and then my mom and dad just hung out at the pool. A troop (the word for a group of monkeys we have learned) of capuchin monkeys were hanging around the pool and so my parents had a swim and a show. Once I finished work, I joined them down at the pool and we swam for the afternoon. We went to dinner at a restaurant right across the street from our Air BnB and there was a super cute cat named Jerry who was hanging out.

Today was a big travel day. My dad was a rockstar and drove us five hours through some of the craziest roads any of us had seen. On top of that, it rained for the majority of the journey. We got to La Fortuna and went to dinner. We also made some plans for our next couple of days. It's going to be a good time!

  1. Ask a local about getting to the hot springs that only they know about! It's free and amazing!!!
